📌 Fasting (avoid eating or drinking anything) for 8-10 hours. Preferable an overnight fast.
***Juice, tea and coffee, are also considered food.***
📌 If you are thirsty, sips of plain water only are permitted. Avoid not to chew gum.
📌 Avoid smoking & alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to the test.
📌 If you take medication, please continue to take your medication as prescribed.
📌 If you have any medical reports, medical prescriptions or previous health check up results, please bring the documents with you.
