How to prepare for blood test at Samui Home Clinic
(for Health Check Up)
📌 Fasting (avoid eating or drinking anything) for 8-10 hours. Preferable an overnight fast.
***Juice, tea and coffee, are also considered food.***
📌 If you are thirsty, sips of plain water only are permitted. Avoid not to chew gum.
📌 Avoid smoking & alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to the test.
📌 If you take medication, please continue to take your medication as prescribed.
📌 If you have any medical reports, medical prescriptions or previous health check up results, please bring the documents with you.

📌 งดอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม ของขบเคี้ยว ลูกอม หมากฝรั่งทุกชนิดอย่างน้อย 8-10 ชั่วโมงก่อนการตรวจ จิบน้ำเปล่าได้เล็กน้อย (ไม่เกินครึ่งแก้ว)
📌 หากต้องการเจาะเลือดที่สมุยโฮมคลินิกเวลา 9.00 น. แนะนำให้เริ่มงดน้ำและเครื่องดื่มเวลา 23.00 น.
📌 งดแอลกอฮอล์อย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง
📌 หากกำลังทานยาควบคุมโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ท่านสามารถรับประทานได้ตามที่แพทย์แนะนำ
